What is Option Entry?
In KCET, COMEDK, and JoSAA, you don't just pick one college. You submit a prioritized list. Special algorithms then match you to the highest possible choice on your list where you meet the cutoff.
The Golden Rule
Never put a "safe" college above a "dream" college. The system processes from top to bottom. Once you are allotted a choice, all choices below it are automatically removed from your consideration.
